INJURY is an Australian menswear and womenswear brand found in 2004 by Eugene Leung in Sydney. He launched the debut AW05 collection [What lies beneath] in Mercedes-benz Fashion Week Australia in 2005 and received instant recognition from buyers and media.

The label has been praised for its strong identity, original graphic prints and has been described as digital, sci-fi and architectural. Inspiration drawn from observation of life and contemporary art. They have shown their SS17 [Collection#25] and AW16 [6 Seconds] at on-schedule Paris Fashion Week, their SS16 [The game has changed] Collection on official New York Fashion Week Calendar and their AW15 [Artefact] collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia in April 2015, which was very well received by worldwide media and buyers.

INJURY has earned continuous support from celebrities in Australia and overseas, such as Guy Sebastian, Ronan Keating, Huang Xiao Ming, Shu qi, Sammi Cheng and Eason Chan. Over 300 press coverage all over the world including SHOWstudio, Vogue Australia, Vogue Polska, WAD magazine, WWD, So-en, New York Times, Mens non-no, Sense, Elle Magazine, Marie Claire, Sydney Morning Herald and the Age etc. The brand is fully distributed in Asia, subsequent collections were sold to over 80 selected retailers internationally including DressX.com, Oak NYC, Isetan, I.T., D-mop, Liger Store, Harvey Nichols, Alter Style, The Fashion Door and NY Fashion etc. 

Since 2018, INJURY has expanded into a multi-displinary creative house to cover music, fashion, design and curation, established its own Music label and has released a limited edition vinyl album named ‘Groundwork’ in April 2019.

Eugene has designed and creative directed over 35 collections for INJURY menswear and womenswear collection, music composing and video art.

INJURY’s 2021/22 Collection ‘The Butterfly’s Dream’ was premiered at official Afterpay Australian Fashion Week on 3rd June 2021 as the first-ever 100% CG Fashion Show in Australia and also launched as a digital fashion collection available for educational and intellectual purposes, with a purposeful mind to contribute to the digital clothing community and to reduce carbon emission in eliminating wastage during clothing sampling process.

INJURY’s 2024/25 Fashion Show at AAFW attracted a full-house of invite-only guests of 600, gaining extensive media outlets like VOGUE, Harpers Bazaar, ELLE, Astrophe Magazine, SHOWstudio.com, HYPEBAE, GQ Australia.
